- Did Cardio.
- Barely made it.
- Used lot of modifiers in knee related exercises, due to knee pain in both knees.
- Had pain in back of thighs and calves whole day.
- Tried to do X3 Yoga in evening. Did for 10 min, but had to give up due to aggravated pain.

- Breakfast 4-5 almonds, 1 walnut, protein shake, Papaya
- 12.30pm - 1 coffee
- 2 roti + palak gravy sabzi
- 3.30pm - buttermilk
- 4.30pm - apple
- 6.30pm - apple
- 8pm - bhuna chana 100gm
- 11pm - 250ml milk + 1 scoop protein powder + 1 apple + 1 spoon honey + 1 almond
