Focus T25 - Day 01 - 19 Sep 2016

==Exercise==
  1. Did Cardio. 
  2. Barely made it. 
  3. Used lot of modifiers in knee related exercises, due to knee pain in both knees. 
  4. Had pain in back of thighs and calves whole day. 
  5. Tried to do X3 Yoga in evening. Did for 10 min, but had to give up due to aggravated pain. 

==Diet== 
  1. Breakfast 4-5 almonds, 1 walnut, protein shake, Papaya 
  2. 12.30pm - 1 coffee 
  3. 2 roti + palak gravy sabzi 
  4. 3.30pm - buttermilk 
  5. 4.30pm - apple 
  6. 6.30pm - apple 
  7. 8pm - bhuna chana 100gm 
  8. 11pm - 250ml milk + 1 scoop protein powder + 1 apple + 1 spoon honey + 1 almond
